Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Nokki app, provided by Bruno Emanuel da Silva, Brazil CNPJ 54.268.304/0001-63 ("Nokki", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. The service
Nokki is a personal finance organization tool. You manually log your accounts, cards, transactions, budgets, goals and recurring items, and the app organizes and summarizes that information.
- Nokki is not a bank. It does not move money, connect to financial institutions or offer credit.
- Information in the app is not financial, accounting or tax advice. Decisions about your money are yours.
- Balances and reports reflect what you entered. Always check them against your bank's official statements.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old and, if you are a minor where you live, have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Use a valid email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and end other sessions in the app, or contact us.
3. Free trial and subscription
- Every new account gets 14 days of full access for free, with no card required.
- After that, continued use requires a monthly or yearly subscription purchased through Google Play. Price, currency and taxes are those shown in the store at the time of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the next period, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's policies and any rights you have under the law where you live.
- Deleting your Nokki account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it there as well to stop being charged.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for illegal purposes or to log other people's data without permission;
- try to access other users' accounts, bypass the subscription system or overload our servers;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we will notify you whenever possible.
5. Your data and content
The data you enter belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all your data at any time (see how).
6. Intellectual property
The app, the Nokki name, logo, design and code belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app while your account is active.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Nokki available and secure, but the service may experience interruptions, maintenance or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on information in the app or for errors in data entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country and may bring claims in the courts where you live.
