Delete your Nokki account
In the app (immediate)
- Open Nokki and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
- Type delete to confirm and tap Delete everything.
Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, email suporte@nokki.pro with the subject "Delete my account", from the same email address registered in Nokki. We will confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password, photo and date of birth.
- All financial data: accounts, cards, statements, transactions, categories, budgets, goals and recurring items.
- Your preferences and every session open on other devices.
What is kept
- Subscription purchase records (Google Play purchase identifier, product and dates), no longer linked to the deleted account, for the period required by tax and consumer protection laws.
Important: deleting your Nokki account does not cancel your subscription. To stop being charged, also cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nokki → Cancel.
